The Mall Family Practice is a training Practice. This means each year a new GP registrar will join our team. A GP registrar is a fully qualified doctor who has spent at least three years or more gaining experience within hospitals in fields such as general Medicine, Psychiatry, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Emergency medicine and who are currently in the ICGP specialist training Programme.

Dr Sèadna Burke joined our team in 2026. Sèadna graduated from The University of Dublin in 2016 and worked in hospital medicine for several years, completing his medical membership exams in 2019. He began working in Sligo in 2020 and is available for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
